What you’ll do * You'll prepare daily reconciliations of positions and trades between client records and their prime brokers, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. * You'll collaborate with prime brokers to resolve trade breaks and maintain smooth operational workflows. * You'll handle monthly reconciliations of tri-party positions, cash, market values, and accruals, while also preparing performance estimates for COO clients. * You'll review monthly Administrator NAV packages, update portfolio accounting systems when needed, and maintain fund accrual schedules. * You'll process corporate actions such as dividends, splits, and mergers for client portfolios, while serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.
