**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD100166 Role Overview The Senior Associate License Compliance Representative is an experienced individual contributor responsible for independently managing a moderate volume of compliance leads. This role uses telemetry tools to identify potential licensing violations, engages mid-level customer contacts, supports resolution planning, and contributes to protecting Autodesk’s intellectual property. Responsibilities • Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures • Business Analysis: Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance • Customer Engagement: Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, escalate cases • Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models • Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights • Communication & Influence • Customer Engagement • Business & Analytical Skills • Adaptability & Collaboration • Sales Process Support Minimum Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles • Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations • Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts • Ability to manage caseloads independently • Foundational negotiation skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Fluent in Portuguese and English Preferred Qualifications • Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics • Background in software licensing or IP protection • Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models • Experience drafting compliance communications • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations RS27 ****Learn More**** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk!
