MUFG Investor Services IT team is looking for a talented Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting banking applications such as Flexcube, SWIFT, our MUFG Automated Payment System, Global Payment System, MUFG Pay Stream and MUFG FX, in addition to integrated banking products. You ideally have experience working with banking solutions. You will be responsible for the delivery of internal operations & support, interacting with external vendors, and be part of an internal team managing a portfolio of both in-house and vendor applications. You will play a crucial role of linking the business teams and the IT solutions group. You Will: * Play a key role as part of a global support team covering the IT Core banking applications (Flexcube, FX Market Rates, Appian workflows, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, MUFG Global Payment System). * Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors &/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during product migration and BAU. * Coordinate with vendor and/or
