Join us and make an impact today! ## RESPONSIBILITIES Execution of complex investor operations processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a best-in-class service experience. Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and select external partners, providing proactive communication, issue resolution, and high-quality service delivery. Review, approve, and oversee operational deliverables, including reconciliations, reporting outputs, and data validations, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Independently investigate and resolve complex operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. Drive cross-functional coordination across Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology to ensure seamless execution of investor servicing workflows. Drive recurring reporting cycles and operational processes, including planning, tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams. Identify operational risks and control gaps; enhance processes, documentation, and controls to improve scalability and reduce risk. Play a key role in system implementations, enhancements, and process automation efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and business requirement input.
