What You'll Do.
Serve as liaison to Plan Sponsors and Financial
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
Enhance onboarding experience
Provide subject matter expertise on plan design
Provide training for Plan Sponsors
Act as primary internal client advocate
Represent plan sponsor and advisor contacts
Manage all aspects of the onboarding process
Coordinate with financial advisors
Coordinate with plan sponsors
Coordinate with prior recordkeepers
Coordinate with third-party administrators
Determine conversion timelines
Determine key action items
Determine delivery dates
Communicate overall project status to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support
Ensure team can deliver against service level agreements

We are growing and looking for an experienced Senior Implementations Onboarding Associate to serve as the liaison and dedicated resource to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors as they onboard to Vestwell's platform! In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance our onboarding experience, and provide subject matter expertise on plan design and training for Plan Sponsors as they onboard to our platform. While we're not looking for deep expertise, prior experience in client servicing, plan administration and non-discrimination testing, plan design, and/or end-to-end conversion processing for 401(k)/403(b) plans is helpful. If you don't have this prior experience, but you have unparalleled communication skills, a commitment to superior customer service, ability to adapt within a fast-paced business environment, and previous client management experience handling several clients and projects at once, we’d be delighted to connect with you!
