**Line of Service** Assurance **Industry/Sector** Asset and Wealth Management **Specialism** Assurance **Management Level** Senior Associate **Job Description & Summary** **Your Impact** * Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across IFRS/US GAAP/Lux GAAP, for a large private equity client, ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase. * Coordinate international and shared service teams across Europe, the USA, APAC, and other regions, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication. * Create meaningful value for clients, teams, and your own professional growth within a motivated team operating in a dynamic environment. * Strengthen your stakeholder management capabilities by working across complex, challenging projects and special assurance engagements. * Build your leadership skills on and off the job through regular, constructive feedback from colleagues and your coach. **Your Skill Set** * Solid expertise in IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards, including hands-on experience with large, listed multinational clients. * 3–4 years of experience managing and supporting complex, cross-border audit engagements end-to-end in an international environment. * At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations. * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus. * Coaching and team development competence, with the ability to guide team members in a global audit context. **Education** _(if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)_ Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: **Certifications** _(if blank, certifications not specified)_ **Required Skills** **Optional Skills** Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards, Accounting Policies, Act
