Experience working in a Consulting setting, Ability to deliver services in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and Telecom, Technical understanding of the HR function and its various domains including Business HR, HR Operations, Talent Management, Change Management and Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Labour Relations, HR Systems and Total Rewards, Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations, including but not limited to Cloud based technology, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Viva either from an Org Design or Process Design perspective
