What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in English, Proficient in the use of accounting software and applications, as well as Microsoft Office programs, Proficiency in Excel is required
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Processing and analysing financial transactions
Managing accounts receivables
Maintaining financial statement ledger accounts
Preparing reconciliations and reports
Implementing internal controls to manage risks
Managing the day-to-day client engagement financial related information
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records
Providing financial analysis and support to the business
Overseeing subsections of the team to champion projects
Assisting the Finance Senior Manager in supervising the Finance Operations team on financial activities
Managing the billing process for customer engagements
Driving the efficient management of projects and contracts setup and maintenance
Ensuring the accurate monitoring of revenue and the completion and close-out of projects and contracts
Monitoring staff’s timecard submission
completeness and related processing matters
Maintaining accurate customer receivables records to support cash flow monitoring
recommending and implementing appropriate controls to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Ensuring strict adherence and compliance to query resolution within stipulated SLA
