Must Have
CA with 2-8 years of experience working in a corporate accounting or audit firm, preferably in financial services or asset management, The ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to manage changing priorities and deadlines, Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), Very attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines, Self-motivated, resourceful, and pro-active, with respect to both managing workload and professional development, BE. Tech/MBA/MCA/M. Tech/ Finance Degree
Nice to Have
Experience in OneStream, Complex legal structures, IFS
What You'll Do.
Full-cycle finance and operations
Recording and maintaining accurate books and records for all transactions involving off-shore entities
Working closely with private funds finance & operations
legal and treasury teams to obtain and document proper understanding for each transaction
Performing and reviewing regular bank and account reconciliations
Managing the AP process
Performing and reviewing intercompany reconciliations across business groups and regional entities
Assisting with quarterly consolidated process and ensuring accurate and timely quarterly deliverables relating to offshore entities in accordance with both IFRS and US GAAP
Calculating and compiling private fund management fees
Maintaining organized and well-documented policies and procedure documents and timely updation of the same
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bookkeeping and financial reporting
Assisting in preparation of various analyses and reports for senior management to support their business decision making
Assisting in special projects
