What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience in a sales, business development, client-facing and/or account manager role in the energy industry, High-level knowledge of oilfield drilling, completion, and production operations, Experience in dealing with multiple internal stakeholders to solve problems and introduce positive solutions, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platforms, Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite, Regular, on-time attendance, Ability to travel 10% of the time overnight, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to use office equipment such as a computer and mobile device, Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, SalesForce, and Google Suite, Ability to drive a non-commercial vehicle (must possess a valid driver's license), Occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions, Occasionally traverse uneven surfaces, Occasionally remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

What You'll Do.
Supporting the partnership with current and prospective contractors for the Upstream Labor team
Collaborating with internal RigUp partners to understand all products RigUp offers and pending enhancements
Selling RigUp solutions to potential contractors
Maintaining relationships with current RigUp contractors
Building and maintaining relationships with all RigUp consultants/contractors in the region
Performing Rig/Site visits multiple times per week
Liaising with the internal operations department on all issues through completion of onboarding documents
and implementation process
Communicating with RigUp Consultants in a full-service capacity from onboarding through end of work via in-person
Forming partnerships with contractors
understanding their operations
needs and solution around those to bring value additive solutions
Updating SalesForce with all communications
Partnering with the Account Executive and Account Management team on navigating sales efforts and supplementing their efforts
Contributing to the review of documentation and processes to ensure all remain up to date and relevant
