From tradeshows and brand activations to internal programs and sponsorship experiences, events play a critical role in building awareness, community, and momentum across our business. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Senior Associate, Event Marketing to own the planning and execution of external brand marketing programs — including tradeshows, brand activations, and sponsorship activations — while partnering closely with the broader Events team across internal and external programs. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves managing complex logistics, and gets energized by bringing high-impact brand experiences to life across a wide range of program types. A day in the life (Responsibilities): Own end-to-end planning and execution for assigned external events, including tradeshows, brand activations, and sponsorship-related activations - from initial scoping through onsite execution and post-event readout. Manage all event logistics including booth builds, venue and vendor coordination, shipping, travel, collateral, giveaways, signage, and onsite attendee experience. Bring brand activation programs to life in creative, high-impact environments - ensuring consistent brand standards, messaging, and audience engagement across all touchpoints. Manage budgets for assigned programs, including planning and forecasting, expense tracking, vendor invoicing, and post-event ROI analysis. Serve as a primary point of contact for show organizers, venue teams, external vendors, agencies, and third-party partners.
