What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Degree or Certification, 3+ years of relevant and/or legal experience, Understanding of employment law implications on ADA and/or HR compliance, Experience with synthesizing healthcare-related laws into digestible information, Excellent written and verbal communication, Problem solving and critical thinking, Experience handling multiple and complex projects simultaneously, Working in an environment that requires flexibility, innovation, superb customer service skills, Track record of collaboration skills
What You'll Do.
Address employee concerns and complaints
Conduct investigations into employee grievances
Provide guidance and support to managers
Assist in development and implementation of employee relations programs
Lead regularly-scheduled meetings with People stakeholders
Engage in the interactive process for accommodations
Stay up-to-date on employment laws
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support HR projects and initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with HR, Legal, and Labor Relations partners; Consultation with department managers, employees, Legal, and other stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication; Present information clearly and concisely
