Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field, Demonstrated experience in documenting, analyzing, and enhancing business processes, workflows, and procedures within operational or asset management environments, Proven success collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear, structured process documentation
Nice to Have
Familiarity with project management / change management is a plus
What You'll Do.
Conduct deep dive analyses of mapped processes and
Identify operational control gaps and areas for improvement
Perform gap analysis to compare current process maps
Compare current processes with desired future states
Develop and present recommendations for process improvements
Develop and present recommendations for operational change
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation of
Monitor impact of process changes
Assess change to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Assess change to ensure compliance with organizational standards
Ensure that all working papers are documented
Elevate high profile issues to management
Assist in prompt resolution of issues
Conduct risk and control assessments
Challenge risk and control assessments
Assist in identifying more effective compliance controls
Collaborate with other 1st and 2nd line controls
Ensure activities are aligned and efficient
Ensure adherence with broader 2nd line frameworks
Ensure adherence with monitoring programs
Develop high level of expertise in Business Operations
Develop high level of expertise in Target Operating
Consult on products to assist with incorporating control
