What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field, 3–5 years of experience in transaction services, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or a related field, Exposure to transaction environments, including due diligence, valuations, or deal execution, Understanding of key transaction processes and the deal lifecycle, Familiarity with financial analysis, reporting standards, and business performance metrics, Experience working in team-based environments, ideally across multiple disciplines or geographies, Understanding of financial and accounting principles
Nice to Have
Professional qualification (e. g. , CPA, ACCA, CFA, ACA or equivalent) – completed or in progress will be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Support transaction engagements including buy-side and sell-side deals
and restructuring assignments
Analyse financial statements
and market information to identify key business drivers
Assist in preparing outputs such as financial analyses
due diligence reports
and client presentations
Support the development of business plans
and other transaction-related analyses
Perform financial analysis including trend analysis
profitability assessments
and cash flow analysis
Assist in the preparation and review of financial models and related analytical tools
Support the evaluation of assumptions underpinning business plans and forecasts
Support the coordination and management of transaction workstreams to meet deadlines
Apply PwC’s risk management and quality assurance frameworks across all deliverables
Maintain clear documentation of analyses
and conclusions to support review processes
