**_Job Family_ :** Accounting (India) **_Travel Required_ :** Up to 25% **_Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries, including international payroll accounting. * Manage accounting for employee-related costs such as bonuses, benefits, and payroll accruals. * General ledger accounting – Prepare and post journal entries including accurals, prepayment and adjustments. * Perform Intercompany accounting including labor expense related accounting entries. * Manage and execute month end and year end close processes. * Perform account reconciliations, including payroll cash accounts and balance sheet accounts. * Support Financial reporting and variance analysis for management review. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of GL accounts in line with company policies. * Assist in Statutory audits, internal audits & SOX compliance requirements. * Understand financial policies and control matrixes. * Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all accounting activities. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Bcom/Mcom with relevant experience * MBA finance with relevant experience * CA/ICWA/CS intermediate with internship will be preferred. * 5 to 10 year experience in overall accounting and reporting. * Strong Understanding of accounting principles and GL processes. * Experience with ERP systems (eg; SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft) * Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. * Willingness to take on adhoc requests/ special projects. * Ability to work in fast-paced, global environment and meet tight deadlines. **_What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * PeopleSoft experience will be added advantage * US GAAP/IFRS knowledge will be preferred. * Agile in work hours/capacity. **_What We Offer_ :** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace. _**About Guidehouse**_ Guideh
