Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including target identification, pipeline development, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, integration, and post-close analysis. Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, assess returns, and support investment decisions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry mapping to identify strategic acquisition targets and inform growth strategy. Prepare investment memorandums, executive presentations, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership and investment committees. Coordinate cross-functional due diligence efforts involving internal teams, external advisors, sellers, and key stakeholders. Assist in negotiation processes and maintain active communication with acquisition targets and intermediaries. Develop and manage acquisition pipelines and maintain a structured database of strategic targets. Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and strategic risks. Support executive and Board-level reporting, including preparation of materials for strategic planning and investment reviews. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that support enterprise growth and long-term value creation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, valuation, consulting, or Big Four deal advisory. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with experience evaluating transactions and investment opportunities. Understanding of end-to-end M&A processes, including diligence, execution, and integration activities. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across small to mid-sized transactions. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
