3 years’ experience in funds industry, Third Level qualification / College Undergraduate Degree, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Computer skills, Microsoft Office products, Power Bi
What You'll Do.
Coordinate new and existing mandates for BRG meetings
Provide timely and complete information for BRG meetings
Review New Business documents for operational complexities/risks
Record and track Action Points to closure
Document records concisely and clearly
Escalate issues where required
Assist in development and governance of BRG process
Assist in development of BRG related procedures
Assist in development of digitalised BRG documents
Attend Hand Off meetings from Sales to Business
Attend Go Live Meetings for onboarding clients
Track known issues to closure
Identify and document risks
Assist in preparation of quarterly reporting to BOC
Collaborate with stakeholders across Business
Ensure smooth onboarding of new funds
Escalate identified significant operational risks
Develop knowledge of service offerings
Develop knowledge of systems
Develop knowledge of processes
Help with Control function matters
Assist with incident management
Contribute to ad hoc projects
