What You'll Do.
Support day-to-day Central Rating activities
Develop and improve workflows
Support central raters
Track and document Cogstate Clinician performance data
Ensure clinician training documentation is accurate
Align training with study service timelines
Develop and implement automated clinician training curricula
Ensure proper documentation is maintained
Coordinate and maintain clinician training schedules
Track training progress with Central Rating Management
Provide technical support to clinicians
Deliver clinician status reports to project teams
Communicate and collaborate with Central Rating Management
Meet study deliverables
Adapt to study changes
Reprioritize assignments
Mentor junior study team members
Support Central Rating Management activities

That’s why we’re seeking a Senior Associate, Central Rating accountable for supporting the execution and quality oversight of Central Rating activities across assigned clinical trials, including clinician support, key initiatives, and deliverables. This role ensures central rating services, study team communication and collaboration, documentation, escalation tracking, and issue resolution are carried out accurately and in accordance with approved SOPs and study requirements. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Central Rating activities across assigned studies, including developing and improving workflows and supporting central raters.
