What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree or military experience, At least 2 years of experience in a Finance-related field, At least 2 years of Operational Risk advisory or Audit experience, especially as it relates to data and technology

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience advising or validating the effectiveness of Operational Risks and Controls - Technology, Business Process, or Data Management, 1+ year of experience related to product or IT project, Education or experience with cloud-based technologies, Experience assessing Generative AI and Agentic AI risks, Risk Management, or Product Management, or Process Engineering certifications (APRM, CDMP, CPM, Six Sigma, BPM etc.), critical thinking with an ability to flex among and balance changing, Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, unstructured, written and verbal communication, Prior experience with Google Suite

What You'll Do.

Support the FRM data risk lead

Provide risk advisory services to the Finance Divisional Data Risk Officer and performing data

Perform risk assessments to ensure the FPDS organization is adhering to internal risk policies and standards

Synthesize information from disparate sources in a manner that enables FRM to influence business

and technology leaders to make grounded

Report on the health of programs assigned

Champion ideas related to process and/or controls automation and the consideration of relevanterging technologies as a means to mitigate

Provide risk education and support to stakeholders as the risk subject matter expert within areas

Develop and maintain documentation to include procedures and presentation

Assist with the preparation and execution of audit and regulatory exams as they pertain to responsible areas
