ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Business Operations & Strategy to be a strategic partner to our COO and the operational backbone of the company’s rhythm of business. You'll work directly with the COO and functional leaders across Customer Support, People, and Finance to drive execution on the highest-priority cross-functional initiatives. This isn’t a passive coordinator role. You’ll drive the operating cadence end-to-end — designing forums, preparing the context, driving follow-through, and making sure leadership’s time and attention are focused on the highest-leverage decisions. You'll also own a portfolio of strategic projects, from company planning to 0→1 initiatives.
