What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8–12 years of experience in project delivery and risk consulting, at least 5 years in a managerial role, Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams across locations, Chartered Accountant Diploma, Master of Business Administration, project management skills including planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking, Deep understanding of business processes and risk assessment frameworks, Experience in implementing SOPs and governance models for project delivery

Nice to Have

Professional certifications (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, LSS or equivalent)

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects

ensuring adherence to timelines

and contractual obligations

Act as a trusted advisor to clients

understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable solutions

Present project outcomes and value delivered through structured weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

Manage and mentor a team of 15–20 professionals

Drive accountability within the team through SOPs and standardized delivery frameworks

Implement and maintain process-wide quality and efficiency measures

Oversee resource allocation

and screening of new candidates

Manage project billing

and follow up on payments

Apply process understanding across diverse business processes

Utilize risk assessment frameworks to identify and mitigate potential issues

Stabilize and standardize project delivery through robust governance and accountability mechanisms

Leverage SQL and data visualization tools for reporting and insights

Embrace AI-based technologies to optimize workflows and outcomes

acting as a thought leader to help the team adopt AI-driven ways of working

Support senior management in identifying new opportunities and participating in RFP/RFQ processes
