Must Have
Equivalent experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration, Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, Overtime may be required, Coverage on Canadian holidays may be necessary, Influential Communication skills both oral and written, Excellent interpersonal skills, Customer service orientation, Ability to work in a demanding environment, Adapting to shifting demands, Adapting to shifting priorities, Navigating ambiguity, Navigating rapid change
Nice to Have
Experience in the financial services is a plus, Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and KYC procedures is a plus
What You'll Do.
Act as main contact for fund investors and
Process investor subscription and redemption activity
Communicate pending transactions to fund management
Prepare and validate investor statements
Prepare distribution of investor statements
letters and miscellaneous
Ensure distribution information is up to date
Prepare wire transfer instructions
Confirm expected cash activity was processed
Comply with department policies and procedures
Participate in system and process enhancement
Perform other related duties as assigned
