What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent English language knowledge, 2-3 years Collections/AR/Finance experience, General knowledge of accounting principles, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word, Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, Ability to operate in a fast-paced business environment, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Desire and willingness to learn new skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field, Experience in a multi-location company, Experience in SAP
What You'll Do.
Manage customer disputes
Solve customer disputes
Communicate with customers
Support Cash Application team
Address cash application issues
Follow-up with customers
Support legal department
Support OTC management team
Prepare collection reports
Prepare metric reports
Use multiple collection methods
Manage Accounts Receivable ledgers
Provide backup explanation of AR balances
Drive continuous improvement process
