Experience 2-4 years in B2B sales, account management, or professional services sales, Develop and maintain external and internal relationships, Prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively under pressure, Attention to good detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Facilitate meetings and presentations to executive-level audiences, Strong track record in learning new processes and products quickly, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Nice to Have
5+ years of consultative sales experience in professional services or licensing, Experience in an API or integration software company covering ASEAN markets, Ability to travel
What You'll Do.
Proactively explore current customer base
Identify new opportunities for implementation or consulting services
Build strong partnerships with MuleSoft License Sales teams
Identify opportunities where Professional Services are needed
Consistently meet or exceed targets
and enterprise-level strategy
Facilitate qualification
deal cycle participation
Drive value assessments
Build relationships with license sales
and strategically counsel internal teams
Counsel customers on programs to complete their vision
Act as a trusted advisor to customers
Accelerate value and improve customer outcomes
