Nice to Have

5+ years of consultative sales experience, 2+ years of inside/field sales experience, Knowledge of business processes (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions, Understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerations, Ability to travel

Position Salesforce Services as a trusted advisor

Create compelling vision for services solutions

Communicate entry point services solutions

Generate significant success and business value

Create a positive impression with customers

Provide world class customer experience

Support Professional Services account team

Collaborate with business development teams

Collaborate with core selling teams

Understand customer motivation and business drivers

Understand customer strategic goals

Understand customer desired business outcomes

Partner with Customer Success ecosystem

Ensure customers optimize Salesforce investment

Close deals with a 2 week to 3 month deal cycle
