The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Services Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum. **About the Role** The Senior Assistant Structural Engineer will support Amentum’s Integrated Delivery Solutions (IDS) team in delivering structural engineering inputs for design and construction projects across highly regulated sectors (e.g., infrastructure, industrial, energy). You will contribute to structural analysis and design tasks, support preparation of engineering deliverables, and work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams and senior engineers. At this level, you will be building your technical knowledge, developing familiarity with processes, project governance, and client requirements. You will work on a range of straightforward engineering assignments, receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction, with increasing independence as competence grows.
