Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, one to two weekends per month with two days off during the week. A sharp professional appearance.

Must Have

4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience, 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries, exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and account receivables, proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content, outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, a sharp professional appearance, competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programs, sales aptitude.
