What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A recognised university degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience in space planning, facilities data management, or workspace operations, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Experience working with space/facilities management systems such as Planon, Archibus, or IWMS/CAFM tools, data analytics and visualisation capabilities, Familiarity with gross floor area measurements and spatial reporting standards, Excellent project coordination skills, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Excellent communication skills, Detail-oriented, Organisational abilities, Problem-solving abilities, Able to work independently, Able to collaborate across diverse functional teams, Adaptability in managing multiple projects in a dynamic university environment
Nice to Have
preferably in real estate, facilities management & planning, or a related field, Experience in integrating and maintaining spatial databases
What You'll Do.
Oversee and maintain physical space inventory
Understand space requirements and propose allocation
Manage renovation and reconfiguration projects
Conduct regular audits and validation of space utilisation
Manage and update space data using AutoCAD
Maintain up-to-date archive of electronic floorplans
Perform analysis of occupancy
Produce standardised and ad hoc reports
Support formulation of space policies
Develop a streamlined space allocation framework
Support change management processes
Coordinate CAD file management
Ensure data accuracy in space inventory systems
Ensure consistency in as-built records

Work with Schools and central units; Collaborate with the Office of Development & Facilities Management (ODFM); Collaborate with other stakeholders; Collaborate with the Campus Planning Working Committee (CPWC); Collaborate with internal stakeholders; Collaborate across diverse functional teams
