What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, Working knowledge of strategic communications, publicity, and marketing practices, Working knowledge of digital communication platforms, Working knowledge of design and video editing software, Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, publicity, or stakeholder engagement roles, Experience supporting or coordinating communication campaigns, digital outreach, or engagement initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have
General understanding of alumni engagement, lifelong learning promotion, or stakeholder-based programmes within a higher education or membership‑based environment, Exposure to alumni relations, education, or membership‑based programmes is advantageous

Develop communication strategies
Drive content development
Manage social media platforms
Promote alumni volunteer opportunities
Manage Alumni Merchant Partner Programme
Assist in event planning
