We are seeking an experienced attorney to serve as the lead legal partner for Micron’s global energy and utilities strategy as we expand our manufacturing footprint. This role will support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of energy procurement, utility infrastructure, and related commercial arrangements needed to enable site selection, development, construction, and operation of major manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will combine strong transactional skills with proficiency in utility regulation, energy markets, and infrastructure development, and will work cross-functionally with legal, operations, procurement, construction, real estate, sustainability, finance, and executive leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Lead legal support for energy procurement, utility service, and related infrastructure transactions, including power supply agreements, utility service agreements, interconnection agreements, development agreements, renewable energy agreements, and other energy- and water-related commercial arrangements. * Advise business stakeholders on energy and utility strategy for new and existing sites, including risks, opportunities, timing constraints, regulatory considerations, and contracting pathways. * Partner with operations, site development, construction, procurement, facility management, green programs, financial services, and public policy teams to support the company’s global expansion strategy and ensure energy considerations are coordinated early in project planning. * Support engagement with utilities, developers, energy suppliers, regulators, and outside counsel on project-specific and portfolio-wide initiatives. * Identi
