Must Have
5 years of manager-level marketing experience within the music industry, a record label, or a high-level creative environment, Deep understanding of how different audiences discover and engage with new music, Ability to manage a high-volume roster and meet tight deadlines, Grasp of marketing financials, including experience planning, managing, and reconciling significant project budgets, Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Nice to Have
Background in music touring or publishing, Experience using industry tools like Chartmetric, Soundcharts, or project management apps like Asana, Interest in how emerging technologies, including AI, are impacting music marketing and fan discovery

Develop and implement marketing strategies
