What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development using Python, at least 2 years in a senior role, Hands-on experience using agentic AI in day-to-day development to build, integrate, and optimize workflows with sub-agents, skills, MCP’s, tool calling, etc., hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, etc., Proven Track record of atleast 1 year of experience in cloud- native development in AWS /GCP or similar, containerization using Docker, background in software engineering best practices like CI/CD, Git workflows, testing strategies, and production-grade code quality, Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and data management with both SQL and NoSQL technologies, A sense of ownership and product thinking, Excellent problem-solving and system design skills, with a methodical and scalable approach to complex AI challenges, communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and influence cross-team decisions
Nice to Have
MLOps, reinforcement learning, computer vision, game AI development, Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI-related domains
