What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Designer, Portfolio showcasing art direction and design, Understanding of how VFX and simulation workflows translate into visual storytelling, Ability to both concept and execute at a high level, Experience designing for social-first environments, Understanding of typography, layout, motion, and visual systems, Familiarity with working alongside Technical Artists or within 3D and VFX pipelines, Curiosity and openness to using AI in creative workflows, Ability to work across multiple projects, High creative standards, attention to detail, A collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in software, SaaS, or SMB environments, Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design platforms, Willingness to experiment and learn with AI
