More about the role: The Burson Studio is a team of over 40 creatives, art directors, designers, content creators, producers and videographers. As a Senior Art Director, you'll take a strategic and accountable approach to developing and delivering high quality impactful work and campaigns with teams, managing agency relationships and building client relationships. You'll also possess a strong understanding of the earned-first approach and have the ability to craft campaigns with impactful brand storytelling. What you'll do: Lead the development and delivery of earned-first campaigns and creative platforms, from brief through to presentation and production Take and shape client briefs, defining clear creative strategy and guiding teams to high-quality outputs Build, present, and sell cohesive treatments and 360° campaign proposals Independently manage medium to large clients, strengthening relationships and driving organic growth Collaborate with Studio, Creative
