Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and contribute to architectural design and project execution from early concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and technical rigor across all stages. Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex mission-critical facilities for large-scale technology environments. Apply advanced design thinking, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to resolve highly complex architectural and engineering challenges. Ensure integration of innovative design methods, sustainability practices, and emerging architectural technologies into project development. Oversee documentation and coordination using advanced design and visualization tools to support accurate and efficient project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 18+ years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 15+ years of experience preferred. Active U.S. architectural licensure is required. Extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale architectural projects, ideally within mission-critical or high-performance facility environments. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Proven leadership experience working with multidisciplinary teams in technically demanding environments. Strong design, execution, and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on precision and innovation. Excellent communication, organizational, and visual presentation skills.
