What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Ten years of experience as an architect, five years of experience in aerospace facility design, Passed the exam and be certified as a Professional Registered Architect, Technically competent to sign and seal construction documents, Experience in managing midsize to large projects, Possess a Certificate of Licensed Registered Architect
Nice to Have
Knowledge of sustainable/green strategies, Understanding of different project delivery methods
What You'll Do.
Lead design and development of aerospace projects
Collaborate with clients and teams
Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies
Oversee preparation of architectural drawings
Ensure compliance with codes and regulations
Mentor junior architects and designers
Manage project schedules
Stay updated on industry trends
Perform advanced architectural assignments
Coordinate with other disciplines
Prepare project specific construction specifications
Perform construction administration duties
Use computer assisted drafting and design software
Provide coordination of project disciplines
Assist in preparing design budgets
Assist in client contact and communication
Promote communications

Develop proposals and agreements
Prepare forecast of workload and resources
Prepare and monitor project budgets
Meet project schedules and quality
Deliver technical training sessions
Serve as project manager or architect
