What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect, Proven experience on site / in construction delivery, background in both design and technical project delivery, Demonstrable experience delivering projects in Ireland, Excellent working knowledge of: Irish Planning System, Building Regulations (Parts A–M), Building Control (BCAR) and Technical Guidance Documents, High level of proficiency in Revit / BIM within a digital design environment, graphic, design and detailing skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture
Nice to Have
Experience in Aviation, Industrial, Education or Transportation projects, Previous involvement in complex or highly regulated environments, Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy teams
What You'll Do.
Lead architectural projects
Contribute to architectural projects
Take active role in site-based delivery
Produce technical drawings
Oversee technical drawings
Ensure compliance with regulations
Coordinate with consultants
Support junior architects
Mentor junior architects
Contribute to feasibility studies
Contribute to planning applications
Contribute to regulatory submissions
Work across multiple projects
Engage with stakeholders
How You'll Work.

working closely with internal teams; coordination with contractors; Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, fire, acoustic and other specialist consultants; contributing positively to a collaborative team culture; Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy teams
