What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect (essential), Proven experience on site / in construction delivery is a mandatory requirement, background in both design and technical project delivery, Demonstrable experience delivering projects in Ireland, Excellent working knowledge of: Irish Planning System Building Regulations (Parts A–M) Building Control (BCAR) and Technical Guidance Documents, High level of proficiency in Revit / BIM within a digital design environment, graphic, design and detailing skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture
Nice to Have
Experience in Aviation, Industrial, Education or Transportation projects, Previous involvement in complex or highly regulated environments, Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy teams
What You'll Do.
Lead and contribute to architectural projects from concept design through to construction and handover
Take an active role in site-based delivery
including inspections
coordination with contractors
responding to RFIs and supporting contract administration
Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings
specifications and documentation
Ensure compliance with Irish Planning
Building Control Legislation and relevant standards
Coordinate effectively with structural
acoustic and other specialist consultants
mentor junior architects and architectural staff
Contribute to feasibility studies
planning applications and regulatory submissions
Work across multiple projects simultaneously
managing priorities and deadlines efficiently
Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
representing AtkinsRéalis with professionalism and clarity

working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and clients; Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, fire, acoustic and other specialist consultants; contributing positively to a collaborative team culture; Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy teams
