Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Registered Architect (RA) license, 7-10 years relevant professional experience, Expertise in Revit, Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Architecture, Advanced knowledge of building systems, Experience on a wide variety of project types (federal, defense, aviation, rail, transit, commercial, education), LEED accreditation, Experience coordinating certification processes

Support Business Development efforts
Produce construction documents
Develop designs and sketches
Coordinate with sub-consultants
Review specification writer information
Create organized Exhibits
Perform site and field work
Conduct construction observation
Perform facility inventory
Generate field measured documentation
Complete assignments efficiently
Maintain and coordinate project BIM model
Interact with regulatory agencies
Consult with product manufacturers
Work on several projects simultaneously
Analyze information and propose solutions
Create basic and informative 3D models
Communicate regularly with team
Provide Project Managers status reports
