Must Have
Qualified Architect, 5-10 years post qualification experience, Good communicator, Thorough understanding of multiple sector design standards, Current regulations in KSA / UAE / Middle East, High level of design experience, Proficient designer, Exceptional presentation skills, Experience of working in residential, Experience of working in hospitality, Experience of working in commercial sectors, Experience of leading mid to large scale projects, Leading multi-disciplinary design teams, Reviewing the work of others, Capable of working independently, Demonstrating teamwork skills, Supporting wider design teams, Able to present information clearly, Proficient in REVIT / BIM, Proficient in Rhino, Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Proficient in Sketchup, Able to draw ‘free hand’ sketches, Illustrate to a high level
Nice to Have
Post IFC experience, Site experience, Defence experience, Transportation experience, Working knowledge of AI visualisation suite(s)
