Experience optimizing LLMs and transformer architectures, Experience with AWS Neuron SDK, Experience optimizing ML across diverse hardware, Experience with low-level optimization (PTX, assembly), Experience leading performance optimization initiatives, Proven ability to mentor engineers (5+ team members), Entrepreneurial experience
