5+ years of non-internship experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML engineering, Proven track record of shipping products from concept to production, High proficiency in Python, Extensive experience operating within modern cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS), Deep, hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling LLM applications, Expertise in RAG architectures and agentic workflows, Expertise in Model fine-tuning and automated performance measurement, Expertise in Data processing and orchestration workflows, Expertise in Human-in-the-loop AI pipelines
Nice to Have
Demonstrated ability to establish best practices for data security, Designing privacy guardrails for LLMs, Experience in highly regulated environments or healthcare data compliance (e. g. , HIPAA, SOC2)
