Provide Level 3 process and technical support for support desk requests, complex business issues, integration with other applications and escalated issues in a timely manner, including developing, testing, validating and executing potential workarounds, bug fixes and enhancements; resolving Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and open issues/risks

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years’ experience in a minimum Level 2 business/application analyst or similar role, Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business process improvement, application design and integration with other applications, Sound business and technical knowledge of corporate application, integration, and reporting technologies, data and application architecture, master data management, and governance, technical competency on APIs, SQL, and developing application architecture landscapes, Previous experience of Aptos / SAP ERP, E-Commerce solutions (Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud & PIM solutions), Qlik reporting systems, OMS (Order Management Systems)

Nice to Have

proven experience working in apparel / fashion industry, E-Commerce, and omni-channel businesses, Experience with MarTech solutions and integration tools would be highly regarded

What You'll Do.

Provide Level 3 process and technical support for support desk requests

complex business issues

integration with other applications and escalated issues in a timely manner

Deliver business transformation programs on-time

within agreed scope and budget

Managing business process project portfolios and resolving Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and open issues/risks

Lead and facilitate key business activities including business requirements

capability design reviews

document current and future state processes

user acceptance testing

business readiness adoption

and training business users

Undertake a mentoring role to promote and support IT tools and methodologies

including identifying new functionality and benefits of new or upgraded software platforms

and make business process improvement recommendations

Develop project scopes and objectives by involving and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders locally and internationally

Facilitate the process to prioritise strategic and operational system projects as required to support the PVH ANZ business

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope
