Understand technical information/specification and principles of product to be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor reagent and consumable inventory to ensure continuous running of analyzers
Keeping records of customer interactions

Communicating and coordinating with other departments to provide solutions and maintain maximum customer engagement and loyalty
Analyze menu gaps and propose solutions to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Perform operator and applications training for customers and internal staffs
prepare and maintain training materials
Liaise and align with GCS and CIR to manage technical issues and training
