OVERVIEW: You will become a key member of a cross-functional global team which supports corporate infrastructure and product engineering. Sportradar is focusing heavily on automation, self-service, and high availability services. Therefore, we are searching for a new team member who drives technical excellence vital for our application and infrastructure evolution. The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for driving forward our ServiceNow implementation programme. The role covers configuration, workflow management, and custom development on the platform, as well as working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and transition them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. THE CHALLENGE: * Help to develop and maintain our ServiceNow environment, becoming the in-house Subject Matter Expert. * Identify new integrations and automation opportunities to increase collaboration
