What You'll Do.
Support the ERP system daily
Manage the delivery of NetSuite initiatives and business processes
and providing of technical and functional assistance
Evaluate a business's needs and develop systems to meet them
Manage our ERP ecosystem covering Financial planning
integrations and automatons
Ensure its optimal performance
Integrate with other applications via middleware or custom Python scripts
Adept at both administrative tasks and technical development within NetSuite
and revise functional configuration
automation and enhancements
and business process testing
which includes running custom fields
searching and reporting
and user roles to support business requirements
Build and maintain reporting
and automation workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency
Research and resolve issues
Provide thought leadership in best practices and provide solutions
Maintain knowledge of the latest technology and software for integration to improve the process and user interaction with the systems
and effectively roll out new features
Act as liaison with Third-Party Vendor Support
ongoing system/technical support to users
and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the ERP ecosystem
Provide reporting and partner with FP BS
