What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 5 + years minimum supporting business critical applications, integrations, or enterprise systems, Experience specifically working with file-based integrations (EFT/MFT), integration platforms (iPaaS, middleware), or API/web services, Hands-on experience supporting enterprise business applications, complex process flows and integrations, understanding of enterprise system architecture, data structures, and integration patterns, Ability to bridge technical implementation and business processes, Experience supporting on-prem or cloud native file transfer and integration platforms, troubleshooting and analytical skills, Hands-on experience supporting batch jobs, scheduled processes, and data feeds, Experience developing and supporting integrations for critical enterprise applications, Experience modernizing legacy integrations moving toward APIs/event-driven models, understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes, Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc. ), Ability to work with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams, documentation, communication, and customer service skills, Ability to participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required, organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent customer service and issue resolution skills, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Experience supporting core business processes across Finance (accounting, planning, treasury, tax) and HR (employee lifecycle), Proven ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
