7+ years of experience working with application databases or in DBA roles, including cloud environments, expertise in at least one relational database platform (e.g. , PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle), Hands-on experience with cloud-managed database services and modern architectures, Advanced skills in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting, Experience supporting production systems and making sound technical decisions independently, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams

The Senior Application Database Administrator plays a key role in designing, supporting, and improving cloud-based databases that power modern applications. This person partners closely with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure databases are reliable, scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. This is a hands-on role with strong technical leadership, where you will guide best practices and help teams build solutions that work well in cloud environments while supporting business-critical applications. You will report to the Software Development Agile Developer.
