What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Campaign Developer, CRM Developer, or Campaign Engineer with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and AMPscript to support campaign development, personalization, and automation workflows, Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions, knowledge of CRM and marketing automation concepts, including segmentation, customer journeys, and data integration within Salesforce environments, Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns, attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality campaign execution, communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly present ideas and results
What You'll Do.
Craft new solutions using Adobe Campaign
Serve as subject matter expert on campaigns and campaign platforms
Provide guidance and oversight to other campaign resources
Provide direction on integration of marketing technologies
and implement automated customer journeys
and optimize multi-channel campaigns
Execute campaigns and monitor performance
Continuously optimize workflows
Conduct comprehensive testing and manage quality control
Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues
Refine processes for seamless campaign delivery
Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities
