The Senior Analytics Specialist will work autonomously on high-impact projects while collaborating with technical Developers and account teams to deliver exceptional client value. **Day to Day** • Lead complex project discovery sessions, conducting advanced ROI assessments and stakeholder prioritisation. • Develop sophisticated solution designs and technical specifications for multi-faceted business requirements. • Oversee UAT processes for complex solutions, ensuring comprehensive testing and quality assurance. • Design and execute launch strategies for high-impact solutions, including advanced training and change management. • Generate proactive insights and conduct scenario development and modelling to support strategic decision-making. • Apply expert-level knowledge of AzaraAI and analytics tools to deliver innovative solutions for complex business requirements. • Overlay client insights, market data, and research to enrich analytics and support JLL solution cross-selling. • Mentor and coach Analytics Specialists and contribute to team capability development. • Partn
